He was born in Amsterdam, New York on July 22, 1947 to the late Richard and Doris Deal.
Richard was a Truck Driver at Syracuse Haulers and loved riding motorcycles.
Richard is survived by his Wife, Deborah J. Deal of Syracuse, NY; Daughter, Lacy (Jordan) Degnan; Son, Richard Deal; Grandchildren, Breanna, Keri, Heaven, Kyra, Lily and Richard.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse, Wednesday, August 14th from 4-7pm.
