Richard A. Campbell Sr.

Richard A. Campbell Sr., 81 of Parish, NY, passed away on October 13, 2023 with his family by his side. Born on March 1, 1942 in Syracuse, NY to the late Everett Campbell and Catherine "Jane" Nipps.

He was an Iron Worker, Local #60 for 35 years. He loved hunting, fishing and loving everyday with his family. He was a gentleman, a great provider and loved his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Elaine; children, Cathy (Bob) Foster, Barbara (Eric) Amidon, Rich Campbell Jr., Diane Campbell and Helena (Sacha) DeBarr-Campbell; grandchildren, Nicholas, Jamie, Lacey, Robert, Ashley, Jenna, Richard, Renee, Hannah, Noah and Seth; great-grandchildren, Maria, Amir, Ava, Anna, Delia and several other great-grandchildren; siblings, Bob (Cherie) Campbell, Dan (Pam) Campbell, Bill (Diane) Nipps, Sharon Cleaver, Susan (Jimmy) Townsend, Norman (Karen) Abbott and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Predeceased by his brother, Michael Campbell.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 5-7pm. Funeral services will follow at 7pm.
