Richard Bray, 62, of Syracuse, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday as a result of an automobile accident.
Richard received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech University.
He was the resident engineer at Miller for 17 years.
He was most recently working at Novelis in Oswego, NY. Richard enjoyed reading, biking and spending time with his family, friends and three dogs.
Richard was predeceased by his mother, Audrey Bray and his mother-in-law, Marilyn Lamphere.
He is survived by his wife, Dawn Lamphere-Bray; daughter, Emily (Darryl) Diosomito; son, Andrew Bray; step-daughter, Tammy Scherer; father, Richard Bray; sisters, Sally (Rick) Chambers and Judy Adair; father-in-law, Elwood (Mabel Plantz) Lamphere; brother-in-law, Dale (Cindy) Lamphere and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
