Richard L. Bradley

February 21, 1942 — April 14, 2017

Richard L. Bradley, 75, "a good ole boy", left on a journey through the toughness of a highway that lasted 7 ½ decades.

Dick grew up in Ogdensburg, NY then moved to Flackville, NY on "Hardscrabble Road".

A veteran of the US Army, he held many jobs over the years but most enjoyed being an Airstream Salesman.

Dick enjoyed singing karaoke, drawing, woodworking but most of all racing lawnmowers, where he won several championships over the years.

He is preceded in death by the love of his life of over 53 years, Rose and daughter, Janet.

Dick is survived by his children, Sylvia (Mark Fuhrman) Bradley, Richard K. (Tracy) Bradley, Kevin Bradley, Donald (Michelle) Bradley; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will take place Tuesday, 4-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, 10 AM at New Comer Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Hillside Cemetery, Hastings, NY.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
