Richard R. Baniewicz

Richard R. Baniewicz, 76, of Syracuse, passed away November 2, 2022. Richard was born in Syracuse, New York on September 9, 1946 to Cashmire and Eva Baniewicz. Richard retired from RE Dietz Co, where he worked as a machinist. He was an avid hunter, bowler and fisherman. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening and gambling. Richard was a bachelor by choice and frequented Frankie's Restaurant.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Cashmire Baniewicz and Mother, Eva Baniewicz.

He is survived by his three Daughters, Michele (Daryl) Williams, Cheryl (Robert) Nenni, and Suzanne (Daniel) Boyer; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held Monday, November 7th, 2022 from 4-7PM at New Comer Cremations and Funerals. A funeral service will be held the following morning at 10am. Interment will be made at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Lakeland NY.
