Richard Bradford Barton, 80, of North Syracuse, died on Sunday. He was born in Malone, NY on July 5, 1930, he was the son of Elroy and Melvina Barton. He was employed at Colonial Construction, Farm and Home and had his own business, Hi-Bar Remodelers for over 20 years.
Richard is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mary M; two sons, Jack (Marla) of Baldwinsville and Douglas (Rose) of Clay; sister, Mary Jane Gower of Pennellville; grandson, Jason (Tracy) of Baldwinsville; two great grandchildren, Kamryn and Jason; 3 step granddaughters and 7 step great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. There will be no services.
Contributions can be made to the CNYSPCA.
