Richard L. Anderson

Richard L. "Rock" Anderson, 34, of Syracuse, passed away September 25, 2022. Richard was born in Syracuse on September 15, 1988 son of Wilfred Anderson and Helene Nellons. He attended Corcoran High School and enjoyed spending time with his kids. Richard was predeceased by his sisters, Carla Anderson, Bernice Anderson and brother, Tommie Dotson.

He is survived by his mother, Helene Nellons, father, Wilfred Anderson, Jr., children; Shontez Anderson, Joe'Siah Grimes, Ryleigh Anderson, Atlas Anderson, Emery-Kristina Anderson, siblings; Montel Nellons, Carol Anderson, Julia Anderson, Unique Anderson, Denise Kitchen, Andran Dotson, Shaminka Jones, Monica Dotson, 4 God-sisters, KiKi Freeman, Stephanie Andrews, Gloria Aldamuy, Kimberly Harvey, and God-brother, Jordan Pace, along with aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday October 8th from 10-11am at Bethany Baptist Church, with services at 11am. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
