Richard Allen "Dick" Luchsinger, 73, of Memphis, NY passed away on Tuesday at the VA Hospital, after battling cancer for years. He was born on May 18, 1940 son of the late John & Ruth Luchsinger of Boonville, NY. He was a Navy Veteran & lifetime DAV member. Dick loved hunting, being outdoors & his late dog Rosie. He and his wife Barbara have been running a small business called Sweet Deer Lollipops for several years.

Surviving are his wife Barbara, who took care of him for several years, his son, Ricky Turk, 3 daughters, Tammy, Lorrie, Patty, 7 grandchildren, along with nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts & friends.

Calling hours will be held on Friday from 5-8pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse. Services will be held on Saturday 9am at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery.
