Raymond C. Greenwood, 82, of Cicero, passed away Monday at Crouse Hospital with his wife and children by his side. He was a Veteran of the Air Force. He worked for the Genesee Beer Company. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
Ray is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary; seven children, James (RoxE), Roxanna (Wayne), Rebecca (Gerald), Joy (Homer), Shirley (Shawn), Emma, Joseph (Lisa); and many grandchildren, great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be Thursday 10:30 a.m.at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St, N. Syracuse. Burial will follow at Veterans Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
