Raymond A. Cummings, 82, of Camillus, passed away unexpectedly on Monday at the VA Medical Center. Born in Woodville, NY, he worked for General Electric and Dairylea in Adams. Raymond was a Korean War Veteran (serving in Berlin Germany) and he was a member of the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, the former Gloria Jean Darrow; two daughters, Penny (Mark) Monica and Bonnie Colwell; a sister, Doris (Nathan) DeFrain; five grandchildren, Wren and Jade Reynolds; Brandi and Danny Colwell; and Angela Monica; a great grandson, Kaden Reynolds.
Services will be Saturday, 3 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
Calling hours will be Saturday from 1-3 PM, at the funeral home.
