Rafaelina Mastri, 80, of Syracuse, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on July 10, 1935 in Syracuse, the daughter of Michael and Theresa DeCandia. She was the youngest and last of ten children. Most of all, she enjoyed her grandchildren and going to the casino.
She is survived by daughters; Kathleen (Hillard) Luttrell, Carolyn (Ronald) Luttrell, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
