Phyllis DiSalvo, 71, of Phoenix, passed away January 25, 2024. Phyllis was born in Syracuse, New York on March 4, 1952 to Frank and Theresa DiPino. Phyllis was employed with the family business, Joseph DiSalvo Farms Inc. as a bookkeeper. She enjoyed painting, becoming a member of a painting group Art and Soul located in Syracuse. Her true passion was horseback riding, especially with her horse Buddy. Phyllis loved spending quality time with her family at her lake house on Lake Ontario. She had a special spot in her heart for her grandchildren. She was a devoted Catholic and long time parishioner of Sacred Heart Church, Cicero.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her mother, Theresa DiPino.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Joseph DiSalvo; three sons, Joe M. (Samantha) DiSalvo, James (Megan) Greer, and Jesse (Theresa) Greer; father Frank DiPino; brother, Frank DiPino; two sisters, Angela (Frank) Rice and Francine (David) Zangari; two grandchildren, Sienna Greer and Zane Greer; several, nieces, nephews and cousins; and two grand nieces.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday January 31, 2024 at 10:30AM at Sacred Heart Church, Cicero. Entombment will be made in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
