Phyllis E. Carr, 76, of Phoenix, NY, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2020. She was a loving mother of six.
She was predeceased by her husband, Francis E. Carr; mother, Marion G. Phelps; brother, Robert Mashaw; twin brother, Phillip E. Mashaw and grandson, Grady Davis.
Phyllis is survived by her six children, Johnnie (Nadine) Carr, Frankie (Cindy) Carr, Patricia (Michael) Davis, Suzanne (John) Viola, Teresa (James) VanBuskirk and Laura Lee (Nena) Carr; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Ronald Mashaw, Julie (Joel) Phelps, Susan (Dan) Palmer and Laura (James) Meyers; sisters-in-law, Patsy and Jean; and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, December 6th from 1-4pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals. A graveside service will be held on Monday, the 7th, at 11am in North Syracuse Cemetery.
