Phyllis Ann (Johnson) Elioff, formerly Phyllis Ogilsbie, of Manlius, loving wife and mother, went to be with our Lord after a long battle with cancer. She passed away Monday at home, surrounded by her family.

Predeceased by her sons, David Ogilsbie and Richard Ogilsbie and one brother, Harry Johnson.

Survivors include her husband, Theophilus "Ted" Elioff, Sr.; children, Diana (Kevin) Ogilsbie-Bickom, Linda (Gary) Norris and William G. Ogilsbie; 9 grandchildren, Nathaniel Bickom, Amber Riehle, Marisa (Jason) Teeter, Gregory Krupa, Zachary Lang, Aaron and Marshall Relyea and Corey Tyler; 1 great-grandson, Wyatt Teeter; stepchildren Kitty and Mike DiGiulio, Leslie and Peter Kopp, Ted and Sue Elioff, Bill Elioff and Lori Moreth; stepgrandchildren, Erika, Kristina, Paul, David, Brian and Teddy and a step-great-grandson, Dominick Bomgren. She is also survived by 5 sisters, Diane (Ernie) Hollister, Denise (Dan) Miller, Patricia (Peter) Payne, Gloria (Richard) Wagner and Wanda (Ray) Houghton; 4 brothers Grant Johnson, James (Jennifer) Johnson, Raymond Gerou and Robert Johnson and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed for the energetic, independent and giving person that she was.

Memorial service will be 2PM Saturday at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse.
