Phillip H. Provo, 62, of Liverpool, passed away Monday. Born in Syracuse, Phillip was a Vietnam Veteran serving with the Navy. He attended O.C.C. and worked for Lew Payne HVAC. Phillip was a loving father and a great brother. He is predeceased by a sister, Susan Heisey in 2007 and parents, Otis John Provo & Phyllis J. Waecey.
Phillip is survived by a son, Jason M. Provo; sisters and brothers, Diana Roscini, Ann Schmeling, John Provo, Charmaine Sackett, Christopher Provo and Patricia Gilberti; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services are private.
