Peter J. Hunter Sr., 47, of Bridgeport, passed away unexpectedly on Monday. Born in Syracuse, he worked for Fisher Const. Co. He is predeceased by his wife, Karen and father, Carl.
He is survived by his sons, Peter Jr. and Kris Santmyer; mother, Edna; five siblings, Brenda Meier, Leo, Lila Casey, Ronald and Jan Fay; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 North Main Street, North Syracuse. Services will be Friday, 10AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the North Syracuse Cemetery.
