Penny "Love & Laughter" Kazel Gigliotti, 49 of North Syracuse, New York passed away on Friday, December 9, 2011.
Surviving are daughters, Sarah (Christopher Shepard), Marissa Gigliotti and Erica Gigliotti, friend, Richard Gigliotti, grandchildren, Layla, Jessica and Christopher; siblings, Ken, Dean, Kevin and Eric Kazel and Donna Quatrone; beloved nieces Casey and Ciara.
Services and burial will be private there will be no calling hours.
