September 12, 1929 — February 27, 2012

Peggy I. House, 82, of Cicero died unexpectedly on Monday, February 27, 2012 at University Hospital in Syracuse, New York.

She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. Peg was an avid NY Yankee fan, and enjoyed travelling, bowling and shopping. She was a member of Cicero United Methodist Church.

Peggy was predeceased by her husband, Norman who died in 2009.

She is survived by daughters, Janette (Edward) Smith and Margie (Ron Gasowski) O'Connor; sisters, Genevieve Thompson, Dorothy Cooper and Marie Dodge; grandsons, Jeff (Jackie) and Michael (Jena) O'Connor; five great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Services will be 10 AM on Friday, March 2, 2012 at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, New York. Calling hours will be from 4-7 PM on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at the funeral home, 705 North Main Street.

Contributions may be made to NAVAC or Cicero Volunteer Fire Department.
