Pearle E. Hawke, 88, of North Syracuse passed away Thursday. Born in Verona, PA, she moved to North Syracuse in 1957. She was active with the Keder Khan Grotto with her husband Leo, and a member of the Verona Chapter of the Eastern Star. During the 60's & 70's she was very active in the Republican Party in Onondaga County. She is predeceased by her husbands, John F. Rudy (1956) and Leo Hawke (2004).

She is survived by two sons; George R. Hawke of NJ and John Rudy of Pennellville, a daughter; Susan Rudy Koines of NJ and 13 Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren.

Services will be held on Tuesday at 10 AM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Warners. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Monday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home, 705 N. Main St.

Contributions may be made the Shriners.
