Pauline M. Vitello, 76, of Baldwinsville, New York, went to be with God on Friday, June 10, 2011 after a long illness.

She worked 32 years at Prestolite in Eastwood. She retired and spent the rest of her life as a housewife and enjoyed her family and camping. She loved to crochet and play on her computer.

Surviving are her husband of 57 years, Charles Vitello, Sr. of Baldwinsville, New York; daughter, Mary (Joe) Burns of Constantia, New York; son, Charles (Laura) Vitello, Jr. of Constantia, New York; two grandsons, Bryan Vitello of Oswego, New York and Christopher Vitello of Constantia, New York; sisters, Hilda Backus, Agnes Klodzen and Nora Benedict, several nieces and nephews.

Services will be 11AM Thursday, June 16, 2011 at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse, New York. Burial will be in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Syracuse, New York. Calling hours will be 5-8 PM Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at the funeral home, 705 North Main Street.
