Paula M. Lafave Burkhart

Paula M. LaFave Burkhart, 54, passed away at her home in Brewerton, on Tuesday of natural causes. She had been in ill health for many years. Born in Bethesda, MD on May 6, 1953, she lived her first few years in Littletown, PA and all of her remaining years in Syracuse. She was a 1971 graduate of Central Tech High School. Paula worked for many years at Marine Midland Bank, Key Bank and Blue Cross Insurance, all of Syracuse. She is predeceased in death by her brother, David H. LaFave in March 1, 2001.
She is survived by her daughter, Kelly and grand-daughter, Kaylee Burkhart, both of Syracuse; her parents, Paul and Joanne LaFave of Syracuse; sister, Pam (Les) Kellogg of Central Square; nephew, Ryan Kellogg, of Central Square; niece, Megan Kellogg of Oswego; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family of very loving friends.
Services will be Tuesday, 6PM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Friends are invited to visit with her family on Tuesday from 4-6PM at the funeral home, before services.
