Paul Edward Mahunik

Paul E. Mahunik, 87, of Baldwinsville, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.
Paul was born on March 30, 1934 to Julian and Caroline Mahunik of Auburn.
Paul retired from cross country truck driving after 30 years with North American Van Lines. He was
awarded Truck Driver of the Year from 1973-1974.
He was an avid Yankees fan, and enjoyed spending time with his granddogs, Reese and Oreo.
The family would like to thank the staff at Ellis Hospital and Sunny View Rehabilitation Center for the outstanding care they provided to Paul.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Julia, and Lillian; and brother, Julian.
Paul is survived by his two daughters, Renee (Nathan) Hawker & Michelle (Brian) Downey; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Service and interment will be held privately.
