Paul A. Herrmann

Paul A. Herrmann, 85, of Brewerton, passed away February 17, 2021. Paul was born in Syracuse, New York on October 6, 1935 to Joseph and Matilda Herrmann.

He enlisted in the Marine Corps and served his country for 8 years. He joined Western Electric after the service and dedicated 33 years to their employment. In his free time, Paul enjoyed many sports and hobbies and was a proud owner of two hole in one golf shots. He was also an avid NY Yankees and Syracuse University sports fan.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia A Herrmann, whom he shared 60 years of marriage; Father, Joseph Herrmann; Mother, Matilda Herrmann; Two Sisters, Dorothy Herrmann, Rosemary Fencil; Brother, Joseph Herrmann; and Granddaughter, Bailey Herrmann.

He is survived by his four children, Scott Herrmann, Sharon (Tony) Glott, Thomas (Kimberly Carmody) Herrmann and Susan (Andre) Lefebvre; Seven grandchildren, Arielle (Austin), Benjamin (Kerriann), Kyle, Breanna, Danielle, Darren, Derek; two great grandchildren, Payton, Owen; and several nieces and nephews.

A service for family will be held on Monday, February 22nd 11am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals with burial to follow in North Syracuse Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
