Paul F. Boatman

Paul F. Boatman, 88, formerly from Potsdam, NY, passed away July 8, 2017 at Iroquois Nursing Home. He was born in Marinette, WI, the son of Edward and Ellen Boatman. He worked on the Milwaukee Road railroad as a young man. He then served four years in the Air Force as a Master Sergeant in Alaska at a Surveillance Radar station base during the Korean War. He married Sally Leonard of Watertown in 1955 and worked for NY Telephone for 35 years and was an officer for the Northern New York CWA.

Paul is survived by his wife of 63 years, Sally of Liverpool; two sons, Paul L. (Ginger) of Liverpool, NY and David (Nina) of Auburn, CA; daughter, Cheryl (Paul) Ossip of Denver, CO; four grandsons; two granddaughters and a great granddaughter.

The family will be having a private service.
