Paul J. Allen, 68, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Sunday surrounded by family.
Paul proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a Boy Scout Leader, coached his children's sports teams, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was also an avid motorcyclist, and loved spending time with family. His greatest joy in life was being a grandfather "Dampa" to the apple of his eye, Cooper.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Sandy; their children, Keith Allen and Kristen (Stephen) Kohanski; one beloved grandson, Cooper; and a large extended family to include his nieces and nephews that he cared for as his own.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors.
