Patrick A. Micale, 82, of Cicero, passed away at the VA Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was a veteran of the US Army and served in the Korean War. He was a self employed truck driver and retired from Carrier Corp.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Pat was an avid deer hunter and fisherman. He cherished the time he spent hunting and fishing with his sons on his boat on Oneida Lake. Pat loved spending time with his family especially Sunday dinner where he made the best salad anyone ever tasted. He enjoyed cooking, tending his own garden and spending time with his dogs.
Surviving are his loving wife of 54 years, Corrine D'Imperio, sons; Patrick (Derry), Anthony (Debbie), Joseph and Michael, several grandchildren, one great grandchild, along with nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Funeral services will be held on Thursday 10am at Sacred Heart Church, Cicero. Burial will take place at Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery.
