Patricia W. Oliver, 88, of Trumansburg, passed away at Cayuga Ridge Extended Care on Wednesday, November 11th. Born in Ithaca, NY to the late Alleen and Albert Weaver, she was a dedicated member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church where she served as the organist and pianist for most of her life. Pat was most recently a member of the Calvary Baptist Church where she also played the organ. She loved and was loved by her church family. Pat worked at the Triangle Bookstore in college town for several years after her children were grown.
Pat was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard H. Oliver.
Pat is survived by four children, Cheryl (Ernie) Bashore, Cyndie (Bill) Thomson, Charlene Besemer and Ken (Nancy) Oliver; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Brown and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at a later date at the Calvary Baptist Church in Trumansburg.
