Patricia M. (Powers) Benedict

Patricia "Pat" M. (Powers) Benedict, 81, of Kirkville went home to be with the Lord on January 15, 2024.
Pat was a 1960 graduate of Onondaga Valley Academy. She loved to travel. She enjoyed gardening, listening to Elvis, Country Music, and watching the Golden Girls. She loved spending time with family and always made sure her grandchildren were well taken care of.
She was preceded in death by her Sister, Margaret (Molly) Voltz; and Brother, Bill Powers.
Pat is survived by her Sons, William (Laura) Benedict Jr. and James Benedict; Grandchildren, Brandon Benedict and Cheyenne Benedict; Step-Grandchildren, David Marr III, Valerie (Joe) Planeta and Lauren Marr; Step-Great Grandchildren, Henry Planeta, Lucy Planeta and Leona Dewey.
Family and friends may call on Monday, January 22, 2024 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals - North Syracuse, 705 N. Main St, North Syracuse, where funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 9:00am with burial at Onondaga Valley Cemetery to follow.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Susan G. Komen Foundation.
