Patricia M. Parent is now in the loving arms of her Lord at the age of 86.
She was born in Syracuse, NY on March 26, 1929 to Walter and Jesse Kennedy.
She loved nursing and cared for many patients during her 45 years of service as a LPN at Crouse Irving, Upstate and St. Joseph's Hospitals.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Sherwood Parent of 63 years; her children, Colleen (Ron) Pierce of Ohio, Steve (Chrissy) Parent of Bridgeport , Diane (Michael) Sutton of Syracuse and Eileen Parent of California; sister, Dora Koubek and brother, Alfred Kennedy of Quebec, Canada; 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Monday 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse with a service to follow at 7PM.
