Patricia A. Moak, 80, passed away on June 14, 2024. Patricia was born in Fulton, NY to Charles and Anna Grapentine.
She was employed by the North Syracuse Central Schools for 20 years and treasured the time she got to spend with the children. She was an avid animal lover who adored her beloved dog, Bear.
She was predeceased by her father, Charles Grapetine; mother, Anna Grapentine; and devoted husband, Timothy Moak.
She is survived by a brother, Charles Grapentine; son, Patrick O’Dett; granddaughters, Nicole O’Dett Ken Towne, Anna Rose O’Dett, Julia Gallagher, Sabrina Manwaring; and great-grandson, Rayden Towne.
