Patricia A. ( Liesche) McNamee, 83, of Syracuse, passed away suddenly on July 20, 2018.
Pattie was born in Syracuse, New York on February 24, 1935 to the late Ernest and Mildred Liesche.
She loved bingo, reading, music, dancing, the color purple and most of all, her family and the Lord. She lived at Sedgwick Heights for 16 years and was loved dearly by all.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, John (Jack) McNamee; Brother, Ernest Liesche and Sister, Shirley J. Francis.
She is survived by her Niece, Tracy (Lance) Stonecipher; Nephews, Scott (Susan) Francis and Robert (Diana) Francis; Step Daufghter's, Kathy LaGrow and Karen Goode; Step Son, John McNamee; Sister-in-law, Patricia Liesche; as well as several great-nieces and nephews whom she loved like her own children.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, 5-7 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. A funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 AM at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Support Staff at St. Joseph's Hospital during Pattie's past and most recent medical problems and for their thoughtfulness in during this very difficult time.
We would also like to thank the nurses, staff and residents at Sedgewick Heights for their friendship and excellent loving care that Pattie received over the last 16 years. She truly had a home there.
