Patricia "Patsy" Leonelli-McNeil, 78, of Syracuse, passed away on Thursday.
She was a member of Northside Baptist Church.
Patricia was born on January 18, 1935, Pittsburgh, PA to the late Marqus and Beatrice (DeGolier) Barton.
She is predeceased by her husbands, Alfred Leonelli and David McNeil.
Patricia is survived by her children, Beth (Lester), Shane, Pam (Ned) and Dee (Terry); her grandchildren, Missi (Chuck), Carie (Tim), Nicholas, Amanda, Kyle, Kaley, Lindsey, Taylor and Jesse; her great-grandchildren, Scott, Jessie, Morgan, Derick, Jacob, Ryan, Lil and Shelby and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 4-7pm Monday at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. Funeral Ceremony will be 10AM Tuesday, also at the funeral home. Burial at Assumption Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to Northside Baptist Church and The Alzheimer's Association.
