Patricia A. Gonyea, 72, of Kirkville passed away after a long battle with Alzhiemer's on February 4th.
Patricia was predeceased by her parents, her sister Sandy Vermilyea, her brother Richard Campbell and her loving husband,Gary, of 52 years.
Patricia enjoyed arts and crafts, playing cards and dice and being surrounded by her loving family and friends. Patricia also enjoyed spending her time watching Syracuse basketball and hobbying as a hairdresser. During the summers she spent her time as the Activities Planner at Brennan's Beach for many years.
Patricia is survived by her sons Gary Gonyea II (Rhonda Overton) of Kirkville, Christopher (Karen Gonyea) of Bridgeport, nine grandchildren, two great grandsons, her sisters Elaine Starbuck of Unadilla, Darlene Campbell of Cicero, along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sat. May 22 from 12-2pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals , 705 N. Syracuse, with services at 2pm.
