Patricia Amorette Buskirk, 85, of Central Square, passed away July 13, 2024.
Patricia was born in Syracuse, New York on January 10, 1939 to the late Robert and Eula (Markert) Nies.
She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, attending the theater, and cheering for her Syracuse Orange.
She was predeceased by her son, Edmund (Butch) Dehler, her sister, Judith Nies, and her nephew Bruce (Reno) Scott. She is survived by her sister Barbara (Joseph) Mezzatesta, brothers Robert Nies and Edward (Sharon) Nies, brother-in-law Joseph (Patty) Buskirk, beloved nieces and nephews Tammy (Dean) Reynolds, Matt (Tracie) Nies, Jackson Wilkins-Nies, Tim (Danielle) Nies, Jada Nies, Jeff (Karen) Danielewicz, Jeffrey (Melissa) Danielewicz, Maxwell Danielewicz, Matilda Danielewicz, Jeremy (Miranda) Danielewicz, Madelynne Danielewicz, Brian Nies, Greg (Maria) Nies, Shayla Nies, Carter (Lori) Nies, Christian Nies, Amiee Nies, Jackie (Patrick) Moyer, Kailani Moyer, Jamison Moyer, Laura Van de Merghel, Anne Van de Merghel, Caroline Van de Merghel, and her special fur nephews Dan and Griffin.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
