Pasquale (Pat) A. Sagnella, 87, of Mattydale, passed away August 21, 2022. Pat was born in Syracuse on August 10, 1935 to Frank and Victoria Sagnella.
Pat retired from General Electric in 1994, where he worked in skilled trades as a metal fabricator. He served in the Army as a Paratrooper and achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. He was Proud member of the 11th Airborne and being an Airborne Soldier was one of his greatest joys. He was very proud of his military service and spoke of it often. Pat loved to bowl, was devoted to his family, loved family vacations, and was passionate about his lawn. He went out of his way to make people laugh and never missed the opportunity to compliment a beautiful woman.
He was preceded in death by his Beloved Wife of 55 years, Patricia E. (Falvey) Sagnella, whom he missed terribly; Son, Frank Sagnella; Parents, Frank and Victoria Sagnella; and Sister, Louise McKay.
He is survived by his Children, Patrick (Darla Spurlock) Sagnella, Vicky (Dave) Buske, Toni (Freddie) Hoard, Tina (Tom) Gilligan, Steven (Kim) Sagnella, and Kelly Procopio; 14 Grandchildren; 7 Great-Grandchildren; his Dear Friends, Jack, Kim, and Larrabee; and several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
Funeral Services will be Private.
