Pamela A. Liberatore, 94, of Clay, passed away peacefully at home on June 3, 2024. Pamela was born in Abingdon, England on October 9, 1929 to Edwin and Ann Purbrick.
Pamela worked with Air Ministry, Abingdon England, where she was a switchboard operator. She met her husband of 70 years while he was stationed in England, serving in the US Air Force. In her free time, she enjoyed golf, bowling, knitting, and reading. Pamela was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by Husband, Sabino Liberatore; Parents; Brothers, Bernard Smythe, Michael, Thomas, Douglas, and Edwin Purbrick; and Sister, Kathleen Ahier.
She is survived by her Five Sons, David (Mary Anne), Samuel (Athena), Jim, Richard, and Thomas; Two Daughters, Linda (Anthony) Mocciaro, Lisa (Tom) Adams; Grandchildren, Mikel Adler, Joanne Valdez, Pamela Haines, Daniel Liberatore, James Liberatore Jr., Jennifer Fujiwara, Michelle Kenefick, Joshua Adams; 11 Great-Grandchildren; and several Nieces and Nephews.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, June 11, from 4:00pm - 7:00pm at New Comer, North Syracuse. Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, Cicero on Wednesday, June 12 at 9:30am. Internment at Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay.
