Norman C. "Norm" Decker, 93, of Liverpool, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday. Norman was born on August 8, 1919 in Dickson City, PA, son of Clara and George Decker. He was a WW II Veteran and was an active member of the North Syracuse Baptist Church. He enjoyed bowling, working in his flower gardens and was a member of the Clay Senior Citizens. He was last employed at General Motors for over 30 years.
Surviving are his wife Ruth, of 69 years, 2 daughters, Pamela Short, Sherry (Frank) Hull, 6 grandchildren, Jennifer (Shannon), Kimberly, Victoria (Jake), Jason (Toni), Jacob (Catina) & Jared, along with 9 great grandchildren. Norman was predeceased by a grandson, Jordan.
Services will be at the North Syracuse Baptist Church on May 6, 2013 at 3:30 pm. Calling hours 2:30-3:30pm prior to the service.
Contributions may be made to the North Syracuse Baptist Church.
