Norma Powell, 82, of North Syracuse, passed away on Monday surrounded by her family.
Norma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and best friend.
Norma is survived by her husband of 63 years, Robert F. Powell, Sr.; five children, Robert F. (Linda) Powell Jr. of Bernhards Bay, NY, Susan (James) Mizener of Cicero, NY, William P. Powell of North Syracuse, NY, Linda M. Powell of Rochester, NY and Sarah Rose (Ronald) Causey of Cape Coral, FL; seven grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one niece and two nephews.
Calling hours will be Wednesday 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse.
A funeral mass will be held on Thursday 10AM at St. Rose of Lima Church, N. Syracuse with burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Syracuse.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels, 413 Church St., N. Syracuse, NY 13212.
