Nila F. Guiles

Nila F. Guiles, 95, of Cicero, passed away on Tuesday at her home after a long illness. Nila was born in Phoenix, NY on November 30, 1925 daughter of the late Raymond and Iva Presley. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling and camping. In her early years Nila was considered a great athlete, basketball being her favorite sport. Later on she enjoyed bowling with her friends. Nila spent many winter months in Florida with her husband and she always had many dogs as her pets. Nila was an avid Jeff Gordon Fan, she was very proud of her coin collection and always enjoyed the 4th of July.
Nila was predeceased by her husband Robert Guiles, her son Gary Guiles, siblings; Edna Halsey, Ethel Webb, Raymond Presley, Everett Presley, & Fay Presley.

She is survived by her son, Toby L. Guiles, daughter-in-law, Patricia Guiles, grandchildren; Chris (Erika), Kelly (Frank), Jason (Becky), Sara (Erik), great grandchildren; George, Colden, Mia, Loren, Ben & Marin, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday Sept. 29th from 11-1pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Graveside services will be held at Mapleview Cemetery, Dugway at 1:30pm.
