Nettie M. Wright, 62, of Camillus, passed away October 16, 2019. Nettie was born in Brundidge, Alabama on June 24, 1957 to Fletcher and Lela Richards. Nettie worked for many years at McAuliffe Paper Company and later received her degree in medical coding and worked for Fidelis Care as a contract manager.

In her free time, she loved shopping, recreational activities at the Turning Stone, Singing, Dancing, Interior decorating, and most of all all spending time with her husband and family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Fletcher J. Richards; sister, Margaret Morgan; brother, Jerry Richards.

She is survived by her husband of 10 years, Willie Wright Jr., two daughters, Jakonda (Kevin) Nelson, Jamika Bullock Winslow; four grandchildren, Marquan Shaw, Darius Cage, Kaelon Givens, Shakira Neal; five sisters, Pearl Chapman, Mary (Robert) Grant, Faye Shelton, Edna (Larry) Mathis, Patricia Richards; two brothers, Bobby Berry, James Richards; two friends, Kevin (Jodie) Whitted, Kevin Brundidge; nieces, Toshema, Sheena, Felicia, Shayla, Sylvia, Tanyshia, Keyla; and nephews, Troy, Terrell, James.

Family and friends may call on Monday, from 10-12pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main, North Syracuse, NY 13212.
