Neal E. Braley, 87, of Altmar, passed away on Sunday April 14, 2024 at Crouse Hospital. Neal was born in Syracuse on February 7, 1937 son of the late Jesse and Florence Braley.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kashiko Braley, son, Jonathan Braley (Elizabeth Andablo), daughter, Michiko Braley (Gregory Phillips), grandchildren, Lucas Trumble (Nikki West), Sheldon Braley-Trumble (Chelsea Forney), McKenna (Damian) Welsh, Neal Braley, Yumiko Braley, 7 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Rosemary Bishop, Norma Dwyer, along with nieces and nephews.
Neal was an Air Force Veteran and lifelong resident of Altmar. There will be no services.
