Nancy L. Schad, 57, of North Syracuse passed away Tuesday. Born in Syracuse, she graduated from North Syracuse High School in 1968. She was employed with CWR Manufacturing for 26 years. In 2004, she graduated from Onondaga/Madison Boces and worked as a nurse with Franciscan Management for 2 years.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years; Robert, a son and daughter-in-law; Bill & Debra Schad, daughter; Leah Schad and daughter and son-in-law; Kari & Scott Hoffman, four sisters; Lidge Kelly, Maryann (Antonio) Cedeno, Susanne (Michael) Miller and Joanne (Jeff) LaCount; 3 grandsons;
Dillon, Rowen and Gavhn and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Saturday at 10 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church, North Syracuse. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday from 4-7 PM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, 705 N Main St. (Rte 11), North Syracuse, NY.

Contributions may be made to the Sisters of St. Francis Retirement Fund, 2500 Grant Blvd., Syracuse, NY 13208.
