Nancy S. Mastrobattista, 61, of Syracuse, passed away after a long illness.
Nancy was the most gracious hostess, whether entertaining family and friends at home, or guests at one of the many area establishments where she was employed, most notably the Westwood Inn and Twin Trees Too! Family celebrations, especially at Christmas, brought her great joy.
She is predeceased by her partner in life, Nick Donadio, her son, "Joe" Mastrobattista, and her beloved cat, Shadow.
She is survived by her son, Michael (Sonia) Mastrobattista of Fondi, Italy; her "adopted" daughters/care givers, Cindy (Tim) Ormond and Alicia Beatty, and many grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 2-4 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Services will follow at 4PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to CNY SPCA, 5878 E. Molloy Rd., Mattydale, NY 13211.
