Nancy Rita Nappa Tausend, 81, of North Syracuse, went with the angels to be with our Lord and joined the love of her life, her husband, Richard who passed on November 10, 2014.
She was the daughter of the late Louis and Carmella Nappa. Nancy was the most loving, caring, wife, mother and friend to all. She dearly loved her family and gave so much to all of them. She was a member of Wellspring Family Life Church and served the Lord lovingly and with her whole heart.
She is survived by her daughters, Tanya (Tim) Watchorn, Melody (Mike) Verrillo, Nancy DeCarlo, Trina Tausend and Zulma (Frankie) Fiumefreddo; a brother, Sully (Elsa) Nappa; a sister, Martha Clark; fifteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Tuesday from 2-4PM at Wellspring Family Life Church, 137 US Rte. 11, Central Square, NY 13036. Services will follow after calling hours. Private burial will be at the Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery.
