Nana went home to be with her Savior on Monday morning. She was born and raised in Willliamsport, PA but spent most of her life in Central, NY working as a home health aid. She was a wonderful mother, a faithful servant to the Lord with a loving and compassionate spirit.
In her later years, she was a cherished member of Bellewood Baptist Church, where she found many friends and strengthened her everlasting bond with God. "She fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith." (II Timothy 4:7)
She is survived by her boys, Henry (Skip) Wason, Rick (Maggie) Wason, and Daniel (Shelly) Wason; brothers Robert, Rick and Michael Wein, and sister, Barbara; along with several grandchildren. She also had many dear friends that the family will never forget.
A memorial service will be held at 7PM Thursday evening at Bellewood Baptist Church, North Syracuse. This will be the only service.
