Moises Nieves, Jr., 42, of Parish, died on Friday at Crouse Hospital. He was born on June 20, 1970 in New York City, son of Moises, Sr. and Delia Nieves. He enjoyed the summer time cooking on his grill and spending time with family & friends. He attended Cristo Ray Church in Syracuse. Moises was a loving and caring father. He also had the world's biggest heart.
Surviving are his fiancée, Michelle Carbone, 5 sons, Michael Crofoot, Moises Nieves, III, Joel Nieves, Kevin & Joshua Carbone, 2 daughters, Annissa & Kelsey Carbone, brother, Elvin Nieves, sister, Ailed Nieves, along with 6 nieces & nephews, also his adopted sister, Rose Ortiz.
Calling hours on Monday from 2-4pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, with services to follow.
