Milton L. Conway

Milton L. Conway, 80, of Baldwinsville, passed away at his home, after a short illness on Thursday. He was born in Syracuse and graduated from Split Rock High School. Milton was a Korean War veteran, serving in the Navy as a Medical Corpsman. He was married to Mary J. Layou for 54 years. He retired from Niagara Mohawk with over 30 years of service. Milton was a former president of the Baldwinsville Chapter of Full Gospel Businessman's Fellowship International.
He was an active member of Trinity Assembly of God where he served as a Deacon. He was a loving husband, father, grand father and great grandfather. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Joan in 2007.
Milton is survived by six children, Winifred (John) Barina, Lee (Margaret) Conway, Theresa (David) Morgan, Mary (Rand) Anderson, Christopher (Ellen) Conway and Patrick Conway; 30 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; a sister, Barbara Mellema; a brother, Daniel Conway; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 5-8 PM at Trinity Assembly of God, 4398 State Route 31, Clay, NY 13041. Services will be Monday, 10 am at the church. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners, NY.
