Milton E. Marchand, 87, of Phoenix, passed away on Tuesday. He was an operating engineer in the U.S. Army during World War II. Milton loved to garden and he enjoyed animals.
Milton is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Barbara; 5 children, Neil (Sharon) Shattuck of Arizona, Terry (Farrah) Shattuck of Arizona, Debra (Stephen) Strong of California, Keith (Kikie) Shattuck of Syracuse and Linda Shattuck of Oswego; 8 grandchildren; a sister, Alberta Delano of Phoenix, NY; 2 nieces and a nephew.
In keeping with Milton's wishes, no services will be held.
