Milagros J. Farley, 72, of Liverpool, passed away on Saturday at her home surrounded by her family whom she loved so much.
Born In San German, Puerto Rico to Ramon Jusino and Maria Martinez, she moved to the states in 1958 where she met and married James Farley on December 10, 1960. In 1968, they moved to Syracuse where they began a church, which they lovingly pastored together for 33 years. Millie was a dutiful pastor's wife known for her abundant energy, zest for life and passionate love for her God, her family, and for others who lovingly served alongside her husband in the ministry. She was an avid Yankee fan, loved to play cards and travel, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
She is survived by her mother, Maria Martinez, her husband of 51years, James R. Farley, three children, Ellen (John) Raflowski, Philip (Jessica) Farley, Sarah (David) Ravas and thirteen grandchildren. She is also survived by her beloved friend, Bonnie Connor, who faithfully cared for her in the final weeks of her life.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday 11 am at Family Worship Center, 8480 Morgan Rd.,Clay.
