Michael Lydon, 47, of North Syracuse, went to be with the Lord on Sunday after a courageous battle with cancer. Born and raised in Syracuse he was employed with The Sutherland Group as a Corporate Trainer. He was an cherished member of the Wetzel Road Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, the former Tina DiMaggio, two daughters; Amanda and Melissa, two sons; Joseph and Jonah, a brother; Joseph of Syracuse, two sisters; Linda Lydon of Syracuse and Shirley Katz of Clermont, Florida, numerous nieces and nephews and brothers and sisters in Christ the world over.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Wetzel Road Church of Christ, 4268 Wetzel Rd, Liverpool. The family will greet friends form 10-11 AM before the service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lydon Children's Education Fund, c/o Power Federal Credit Union, 625 Erie Blvd West, Syracuse, New York 13204.
